You recently received the latest version of CrossBorder Compliance, Version 3.2. This version includes several new features, such as document attachment, Taiwan boilerplates and multiple section printing, to name a few. Here's a little more detail about the new features so you can understand how helpful they can be when you're creating your transfer pricing studies.
  1. Document Attachment - This feature enables you to attach external documents, such as Excel workbooks or Word documents, to your Compliance study file. Use this feature to keep all of the information pertaining to your study in a single location. Since attached documents are saved in the study file, they are included in back ups and available if you open the study on another PC.
  2. Discrete Transaction ID Numbers - This feature assigns ID numbers for controlled and uncontrolled transactions using two discrete counters. Each ID is assigned a prefix of C or U so you can identify the transaction type at a glance. In addition, if you remove a transaction, IDs are re-assigned to keep the numbering consecutive.
  3. Taiwan Boilerplates - Compliance has long included an inventory of boilerplate regulatory language for you to use in your studies. This new set of boilerplates enables you to create transfer pricing studies that comply with Taiwanese regulations.
  4. Tax Year Disclosure - Compliance reports display data in reference to a "tax year." You now have the option to disclose the actual tax year to which a report refers.
  5. Multiple Section Printing - Previous versions of Compliance enabled you to print either a full set of reports or just a particular section. Now you can choose to print multiple report sections in a single printing session.
  6. Enhanced Bulk Rejection - This feature provides greater flexibility in the entering of qualitative bulk rejections. You can now choose the number of years for which you want to reject comparables for each reason.

These new features have been added based upon your feedback and to ensure compliance with the new service regulations. We continually upgrade the software to exceed your expectations.
