At the moment you become a client, you are assigned a Client Service Manager and an Account Executive. These professionals are responsible for 110% client satisfaction. They guide you through the process of implementing and learning the software and help you make the most of the services that are offered to you. They also ensure that the different parts of the CrossBorder organization are consistently working toward meeting your goals. You will receive phone calls or e-mails from them to schedule training, to remind you of upcoming online seminars and just to check in, to be sure that the software has enhanced your process.

These professionals are experts in the software, providing unlimited technical support for the duration of your license. They also represent your voice in the planning of software enhancements and improvements. If there is something you would like added or changed in the software, please let them know and they will do their best to accommodate you.
