CrossBorder has extended their level of Unlimited Support for FasTrac 109 clients to include the following:

  • Installation assistance for FasTrac 109 Software
  • Training of two client personnel in FasTrac 109 software per license
  • Questions related to the functionality of FasTrac 109 software including the navigation, use of features, or data entry within the product
  • Licensing and billing questions

CrossBorder is pleased to provide additional support, for an added fee, to FasTrac 109 users. Additional support may include the following:

  • Client specific tax technical supportEvaluation of a client specific problem unique to their provision.
  • Diagnostic review of client data Evaluation of a client’s database after the client has begun to use the software.
  • Return to provision true-up Data entry for a prior year return reconciliation.
  • FIN 48 complianceEntering all client defined Federal, State and Foreign FIN 48 exposure items.
  • Prior year adjustments - Entering all client Federal, State and Foreign tax audit/amended return adjustments.
  • Client consultant trainingTraining and supporting either non-licensed users or outside consultants.
  • Identifying client spreadsheet data inaccuracies Review and correct computational errors, internal inconsistencies of the data and procedural errors.
  • Onsite personalized training - Training at either a client’s office or at the CrossBorder training facility.
